Martina is the kühne in kühne wicki. She has a PhD in Economics – and yet an interest in humanity. As a futurist and foresight consultant for well-known think tanks, she realized that many people and organizations want to innovate – but only a few actually dare to change. That's what makes her think, write and talk about human needs and social change in the digital age. 

Martina has authored numerous future studies and is a well-respected lecturer. Her expertise is focused on digital transformation, consumption and consumerism, retail and the future of cities.

Martina is a big picture observer with an eye for detail. She is passionate about giving individuals and institutions the tools they need to more effectively think about and shape their strategy and their future.

Senem is the wicki in kühne wicki. She is trained as a Kaospilot in Denmark and a futures researcher in Zurich. She has spent many years working as an innovation expert for cities, corporations and think tanks, designing transformative processes and helping organizations refocus in an ever-changing context. Her forward-thinking and entrepreneurial skills are highly regarded on boards, in committees and at conferences.

Senem is specialized in identifying an organization’s DNA as the authentic starting point for every future strategy, as well as a creative workshop design accelerating it’s implementation. 

Senem is a hands-on maker and has also co-founded MIND IN, a contemporary mindfulness studio focusing on training emotional intelligence and essential human skills for the digital society.

Priscille Jotzu


Priscille is the design and art associate of kühne wicki. She studied the beaux-arts in France (ESBA TALM Beaux-arts, Angers) and the future in Switzerland (ZHdK University of the Arts, Zurich). She is hands-on and passionate about projects that focus on materializing trends and on making the future more tangible.

Priscille masters a wide spectrum of disciplines and collaborates with academics, product designers, scientists and even perfumers – therefore she’s got the right nose for the most innovative ideas of tomorrow to be brought to life today.

Recently she started a creative consultancy that delivers speculative objects and physical artefacts as mediation tools to open new perspectives on future thinking.
